Restaurante Crepería Lilot's proposal to renew its menu every year applying all the experience of chef MARCOS GARCÍA ERAS and the overflowing energy of a creative like NANO LÓPEZ give rise to hilarious recipes and fresh, unique and unrepeatable gastronomic days and make this tandem one one of the most interesting claims of the rich gastronomy of the province of Soria.

GLUTEN-FREE COOKING 

The use of alternative cereals and flours such as buckwheat or black wheat, corn, chickpeas or rice, we adapt our cuisine to 100% gluten-free. Delicious rice and buckwheat pancakes to accompany a seasonal mushroom sauté, Turmeric and curry wafers with pear and mango tchutney sauce and secret with teriyaki sauce or soft corn and chickpea pancakes with soy milk on cream cheese and reduction of Fruits of the forest. Fantastic food, great atmosphere and all thanks to just two people doing all the work. With only 25 covers and hidden in the back streets of Soria, this is one of Spain's best kept secrets. Long may they continue to produce such sublime crepes.
